I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and luminous the calf suede is right out of the box — it catches the light beautifully. The double buckle closure is secure but still easy to adjust, and the fit is spot on.

The double buckle detail gives these loafers a bit of an edge compared to plain moccasins I've owned, and the black suede has a sheen that makes them look way more expensive than they were. Wore them to the office all day and had zero break-in issues.

The suede on these is so soft I keep touching them, and the double buckle gives them a bit of an edge without being loud. I've worn them two full days at the office already and no break-in pain at all.
